    What if you ran a successful business, but it did not turn into the financial security you dreamed of? What kinds of financial “killers” can trip up successful business owners? This seminar will discuss six potential “business killers” that can threaten the financial security of small business owners.

    This workshop is presented by Tom Cabral, M & T Bank

    Tom has been with M&T since 2017.  His previous work experience includes being a financial advisor and training director with MetLife.  Tom, then became lead case design specialist with the MetLife agency in the greater Baltimore and Washington region.  His responsibilities included drafting and approving fee-based financial plans for MetLife clients.  These clients included everyone from pre-retirees to business owners in the region.  Tom was most recently with Penn Mutual as Director of Wealth Strategies, whose role included fee-based planning, complex insurance strategies and estate planning concepts. 

    Tom has attained his Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designations.  Tom lives with his wife of 23 years and children in the Baltimore area.  He graduated from Towson University in 1991.
